Natalie Irvine

Natalie, recipient of the Female Private Banker of the Year at the Global Private Banking Innovation Awards 2023, marks the first Australian to earn this esteemed recognition. With over 15 years’ expertise in finance and health sectors, she’s a revered leader renowned for her strategic prowess. Natalie, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, possesses credentials as a Chartered Banker and Human Resources Professional. Her extensive corporate governance background includes roles as a Non-Executive Director in various sectors. Inspired by her sporting achievements, Natalie excels in strategic thinking and problem-solving. She champions initiatives for mothers to balance work and home life seamlessly.

Mark Allen

Previously – I spent 14 years playing Professional Golf around the World. I later moved into Golf Coaching – Learning that MOTIVATING golfers to improve and play was the most important part of the caper.

I was offered a Golf Show on SEN Radio after being 3AW’s Breakfast Show Golf Correspondent for 4 years – and parlayed hosting that 1 hour Golf Show into a career in Sports Radio.

Along the way I’ve become a Lunch/Dinner/Sportsman’s Night Guest Speaker.

Tasha Broomhall

Establishing Blooming Minds in 2006, Tasha Broomhall aims to revolutionize mental health perceptions. Utilizing her diverse background in psychology and business, she assists organizations in fostering positive mental health cultures. Through humor and relatability, Tasha destigmatizes workplace mental health, recognized for her impactful programs nationwide. Holding a Master of Science in Psychology and pursuing a PhD in workplace psychological wellbeing, she’s also an author and editor-in-chief of Blooming Minds magazine. Outside work, Tasha indulges in fiction writing, clay art, and family adventures. Her commitment to transforming mental health dialogue resonates through her multifaceted contributions and personal interests.

Gregg Harris

With 22 years of executive leadership experience and a passion for helping individuals and businesses thrive, Gregg has built his own business to fulfill this mission. As a seasoned sales and people leader, he excels in developing teams that exceed expectations and embrace change with enthusiasm. Recognized for outstanding leadership by NAB with the CEO award in 2016, Gregg has also led national teams and chaired various leadership councils and forums, driving initiatives such as digitalizing sales and service strategies and reviewing banking policies for indigenous and remote communities.

Gregg’s leadership philosophy centers on investing in people through coaching, fostering their growth, and instilling a belief in themselves and the company. Recently completing a Masters of Business while balancing work, family, and studies, he continues to pursue continuous improvement. As a proud father, husband, and mentor, Gregg leads by example, prioritizing collaboration and community engagement.

Ashton Turner

Ashton Turner is the Captain of the Western Australia cricket team, during a time when the team has been by far the most successful in Australia. 
 
Known as one of the State’s most destructive limited overs batters, he also bowls useful off-spin. Ashton has also represented Australia at first class, Twenty 20 and ODI levels.
 
His man of the match performance versus India in 2019 saw Australia achieve its highest ever run chase in ODI’s.  Ashton is a brilliant leader, composed on field and a respected tactician.
 
Ashton is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is currently completing his MBA.

 

Glen Van Dyk

Glen’s career experience has been obtained travelling with businesses operating multiple offices the world over. Glen has privately founded and divested from two successful businesses and become a partner, then Joint Group CEO in a third over his 30+ year career. An expert in Business Development, Strategy and Execution of taking new services and products to market, his vast general business experience and entrepreneurial mind allows Glen to further advise various businesses from ‘seed stage’ into planning, funding, strategy development and implementation through to restructuring and divestment.

Glen’s further business & NFP interests have been as a Sports Administration Executive, as a Director of one of Australia’s premier Golf & Country Clubs along with his private investment business. From founding and divesting his own businesses, Glen’s astute business experience coupled with his global connections are key reasons why Glen is very well respected and sought after.

Liz Houston

Liz Houston

Liz is a governance and administrative professional with extensive secretariat, strategic planning, business improvement and event management experience developed across sectors including government, executive recruitment, onshore mining, and marketing and communications.

 

Currently a Director with the South Fremantle Football Club, Liz also fulfils the secretariat function for Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting. She is passionate about supporting women in football to achieve their professional and personal goals.

 

Recently retired after 10 years with the federal regulator of the offshore energy industry, including the role of Secretariat for the Advisory Board, Liz has strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a collaborative, organised and problem-solving nature.
